What is the DuoSync app?
DuoSync is an app built for guys who want to stay more in sync with their partner’s monthly cycle. You add her last period date (with her consent), and the app gives you a simple view of where she is in her cycle, when PMS or ovulation is likely, and what might help.
You’ll get notifications before those phases so you can be more prepared.
Essentially I built this app to help myself and other guys in relationships understand their partner’s cycle and strengthen your bond.
Who is the DuoSync app for?
The DuoSync app is specifically for the partners of menstruating individuals. Our main user base is men who track and want to stay in sync with their partner’s monthly cycle (although anyone is free to download and use the app).
The app is for anyone who wants to stay more in sync with their partner and their monthly cycle.
How to use the DuoSync app as a partner
All you have to do to use the app is input your partner’s period start date and average length. The app will calculate the rest from here.
DuoSync app core features
- Partner cycle tracking — Track her cycle from her last period date. See which phase she’s in (menstrual, follicular, ovulation, luteal, PMS), days until period, and phase-based tips.
- Phase-based insights & tips — In-app guidance that changes with her phase: comfort and support during period/PMS, energy and date ideas during follicular/ovulation, and libido context where relevant.
- Smart notifications — Optional reminders for:
- PMS (e.g. “Heads up, a new phase starts tomorrow…”)
- Period approaching
- Ovulation
- Daily suggestions
- Important dates
- Daily suggestions — One suggestion per day (“Tell your partner you love them today”). Suggestions are aligned with her current cycle phase.
- Important dates — Anniversary and partner’s birthday with reminders (7 days before), plus custom dates with optional 1-day-before reminders.
- Privacy-first — Cycle and personal data stored on device, no selling of data whatsoever. We never have access to your personal details entered in app.

DuoSync is available now on iOS in the Apple App Store specifically for iPhone devices.
